We are proud to share that student, J'Von Edwards, recently represented the Academy at Virginia Randolph in Henrico County’s Student Government Day! J'Von's participation in this event highlights not only his leadership and engagement, but also the meaningful impact our Government teacher, Mr. Chaffee has in connecting classroom learning to real-world, civic experiences.
This is a powerful example of how the strong relationships our teachers build with students foster learning that goes beyond the classroom. Events like Student Government Day provide opportunities for students to engage with community leaders and see firsthand how government impacts their daily lives.
We look forward to hearing more about J'Von's experiences. Please take a moment to congratulate him on this incredible opportunity and ask him to share his experiences with you!
